In this course we delve into the intricacies of troubleshooting and optimising your Apple devices. Whether you are a seasoned Apple user or just starting out, this course will provide you with the knowledge and skills to effectively support and maintain your iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and other Apple products. 

This is also a great course to attend when preparing for the Apple Device Support exam!

Please note the Apple Device Support exam is NOT provided as part of this course. This course is intended to provide knowledge and practise in preparation for the ACSP exam. Information on how and where to take the exam will be provided as part of the course.
